Are there any upfront costs or minimums?
No, there are no upfront costs on brochure sales. The best part of a brochure sale is there is no risk to you. Your participants will collect the money when they get the orders, which means your group will have the cost of the merchandise, as well your profits, upfront.
How do I get started?
Just give us a call at 1-888-508-0808 or email us at Ezfundraisers@aol.com & we will get your brochures mailed out to you immediately. All you want to do is set a start date & delivery date so your customers know when they can expect to get their merchandise. We only accept a maximum of 3 deliveries a day, depending on the items, so we can give you the great customer service our customers have become accustomed to.
What are the profit margins?
Every brochure has a minimum of 40% profit. Some brochures have more profits depending on the product. You can also earn more profits by selling more items.
Do I have to buy each item by the case?
No, you only need to order what you sell. There is no reason for your group to have all of its profits tied up in unsold merchandise. When you email us your participant’s individual orders, we will generate a spreadsheet for your group that lists everyone who participated, how much they should have turned in, how much is due, & how much each participant profited for your group. You only buy what your group sells!
How is the merchandise delivered?
We will deliver your order to the location of your choice. When we get there, all of your orders will already be separated by participant’s name so all you need to do is hand them out.
How do I pay?
You can pay by organization check, money order, or cash. We will email an invoice to you along with your spreadsheets before we deliver. Payment is made at the delivery.
Are there delivery charges?
No, we do not charge for delivery.
Are prizes included?
The type pf prizes we donate depends on your specific fundraiser. If it is a group fundraiser & the money is going to a group, we donate cash prizes & participation prizes help motivate participation. If your participants are having their profits going toward their own fees, their profits are their motivation.
